CARP, formerly Canadian Association for Retired Persons, is Canada’s largest Advocacy Association for Canadians. It advocates for better healthcare, financial security and freedom from ageism. A division of CARP, CARP Health360 is a personalized online support tool that is designed to simplify health-care needs for its members.
This informational flyer was created to hand out at the yearly ZoomerMedia conference in October. It was to inform potential members of the benefits of CARP Health360 and encourage users to visit the website.
The detachable bottom half contained empty slots for users to fill in with important information such as ones emergency information to vaccinations.
